Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain customer relations via direct contact, email, and social media platforms.
- Qualify incoming leads in initial communications according to defined KPIs.

- Coordinate customer appointments, prospecting, and key opinion leader management.
- Support the global sales team with planning and coordinating sales and marketing events.
