  • Skilled in utilizing professional social media platforms (LinkedIn, X) as business tools.
  • Ability to set and work under ambitious timelines and improve from setbacks.
  • Curiosity to learn new skills and adapt to new circumstances.

Responsibilities:
  • Build and maintain customer relations via direct contact, email, and social media platforms.
  • Qualify incoming leads in initial communications according to defined KPIs.
  • Assist the global business development team in coordinating distributor network communications.
  • Coordinate customer appointments, prospecting, and key opinion leader management.
  • Support the global sales team with planning and coordinating sales and marketing events.
  • Serve as a link between interdisciplinary global teams such as sales, customer support, and marketing.
