Bachelor’s degree or above is expected, with a relevant Master’s preferred (ie. MBA, MPP, MPA, MSc.) or equivalent working experience.
Minimum of 3-5 years of full-time experience with top consulting firms, governments, or international organizations.
Must have business-level proficiency in English (spoken and written).
Proficiency in Arabic and/or French is also an advantage.
Prior experience in a client-facing role in public sector contexts.
Proficiency in project implementation or direct experience in delivering results for partners in government, philanthropy, international organizations, particularly in the Middle East region.

Drive and support partner organizations in implementing reforms to build capacity.
Engage directly with local governments, facilitating relationship-building and collaboration.
Lead data collection processes to develop robust recommendations for clients.
Implement prioritized reforms, working closely with client team members.
Plan and execute stakeholder workshops to ensure smooth communication.
Contribute to the development of stakeholder reports and communication materials.
Build capacity for delivery through training, coaching, and feedback.
Foster a culture of learning, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
