Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or above, with relevant Master’s preferred.
• Minimum of 3-5 years of full-time experience with top consulting firms, governments, or international organizations.
• Business-level proficiency in English.
• Proficiency in Arabic and/or French is an advantage.
• Prior client-facing experience in public sector contexts.
• Proficiency in project implementation, especially in the Middle East.

Responsibilities:

• Drive and support partner organizations in implementing reforms.
• Engage with local governments and partners for collaboration.
• Lead data collection and analytical processes.
• Implement prioritized reforms with client team members.
• Plan and execute stakeholder workshops.
• Contribute to stakeholder reports and communications.
• Build capacity through training and feedback.
• Foster a culture of learning and continuous improvement.
