Requirements:

• Educated to degree level in a scientific discipline, preferably with a relevant postgraduate qualification (Masters or PhD).
• Deep understanding of Open Science, Open Access, and Open Research policies.
• Experience with research techniques and project management.
• Familiarity with scholarly publishing processes.
• Strong communication skills for report writing and presentations.
• Proactive and collaborative problem-solving approach.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and strategize goals for Open Science practices.
• Provide expertise and training on Open Science to colleagues.
• Conduct research to understand researcher needs regarding Open Science.
• Evaluate and manage opportunities for adopting Open Science.
• Engage with the research community and maintain cross-functional relationships.
• Develop outreach and educational resources for Open Science adoption.
