Responsibilities:

• Manage customer renewals, identify and close up-sell/cross-sell opportunities.
• Educate customers on Google and Digital products to increase renewals.
• Analyze trends to implement improvement plans.
• Support regional leads with training and materials.
• Coordinate internal teams to resolve customer issues.
• Conduct outbound calls/emails, engage decision-makers, and assess client needs.
• Present Google products/solutions and lead outbound campaigns.
