Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting or business with a certificate in accounting from an accredited university.
• Minimum of 3-5 years of increasing levels of responsibility in tax with a regional or large local CPA firm.
• Must excel at preparation of complex compliance projects for closely held multi-tiered entities, multi-state entities, trusts, estates, and high net worth individuals.
• Must have an analytical approach and understanding of tax laws and regulations.
• Ability to identify tax issues as they arise.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare complex tax returns for closely held multi-tiered entities, multi-state entities, high net worth individuals, estates, and trusts.
• Research tax matters using the firm's online research tools.
• Remain current on tax issues and changes in tax laws.
• Provide timely, complete, accurate, and well-documented tax returns for review.
• Interact directly with clients and team members.
