• Proficiency in high-performance backend systems, particularly with JavaScript, Node, and Python.
• Strong understanding of the digital advertising ecosystem, including ad exchanges and identity solutions.
• Experience working with large-scale data systems and monitoring tools.
• Knowledge of privacy regulations such as GDPR and CCPA and implementation of compliance in ad tech.
• Strong analytical skills to solve complex ad technology problems.
• Excellent communication skills for conveying technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• Experience in mentoring and technical leadership.

Responsibilities:

• Take ownership of technical strategy for core ad technology systems.
• Architect and develop high-performance ad systems including programmatic bidding and ad servers.
• Implement systems to improve ad viewability, loading speeds, and targeting accuracy.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project goals and requirements.
• Ensure high code quality through reviews, testing, and adherence to engineering standards.
