Salesforce QA Lead

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a QA Tester or in a similar role focused on end-to-end testing and UAT.
• Hands-on testing experience with Salesforce software, Zuora, and payment gateways such as GoCardless and Stripe.
• Full understanding of software testing principles, methodologies, and best practices.
• Experience in creating test plans, test cases, and test scripts for complex business processes.
• Familiarity with Agile development methodologies and tools, including Jira and Confluence.
• Advanced analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
• Effective communication and collaboration skills to work with cross-functional teams.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct end-to-end testing of Salesforce software including Marketing Cloud, Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Zuora, and payment gateways.
• Develop and implement comprehensive test plans, test cases, and test scripts for system requirements.
• Perform User Acceptance Testing (UAT) to ensure solutions meet user and business requirements.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand system requirements and ensure adequate test coverage.
• Identify, prioritize, and track defects using tools like Jira, ensuring timely resolution with development teams.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies to provide testing updates and gather feedback.
• Maintain test environments and data to support ongoing testing activities.
• Continuously improve testing processes and methodologies.
