Responsibilities:
- Manage a portfolio of Enterprise Accounts for high-priority customers.
- Build and maintain relationships with global stakeholders including Benefit Managers, HR Executives, and consultants.
- Partner with clients to define and execute a custom program strategy integrating Modern Health within their benefits offerings.
- Convert clients into Modern Health champions to leverage successes for references and case studies.
- Use data and insights for informed decision-making that drives partnership growth and success.
- Analyze account data to understand client health and identify opportunities or risks.
- Drive success in metrics like improved wellness outcomes and retention rates.
- Collaborate with Product, Operations, Sales, and Clinical Care teams to advocate for clients.
