Responsibilities:
  • Manage a portfolio of Enterprise Accounts for high-priority customers.
  • Build and maintain relationships with global stakeholders including Benefit Managers, HR Executives, and consultants.
  • Partner with clients to define and execute a custom program strategy integrating Modern Health within their benefits offerings.
  • Convert clients into Modern Health champions to leverage successes for references and case studies.
  • Use data and insights for informed decision-making that drives partnership growth and success.
  • Analyze account data to understand client health and identify opportunities or risks.
  • Drive success in metrics like improved wellness outcomes and retention rates.
  • Collaborate with Product, Operations, Sales, and Clinical Care teams to advocate for clients.
