Requirements:

• A minimum of 4 years of experience in software development, specifically with React.js or React Native.
• Strong computer science fundamentals and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in building high-quality mobile and web UIs according to specifications.
• Extensive experience with various architectures and tools within the React ecosystem (Hooks, Components, Context API, Redux).
• Proven track record of delivering products at scale without performance bottlenecks (handling hundreds of thousands to millions of users).
• Ability to write maintainable code that adheres to industry best practices throughout the software development life cycle (including unit testing, linting, and automation).
• Proficient in writing well-documented and testable TypeScript code.
• Familiarity with REST APIs and tooling across web and mobile architectures.
• Experience collaborating with engineers across multiple teams to enhance code quality.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with product, design, and engineering teams to launch new features across our web and mobile platforms.
• Design, test, and scale new features that simplify complex problems for our customers.
• Take a hands-on approach to execute work independently while also contributing to team-based projects.
• Lead the scoping, design, and implementation of mobile and web features.
• Ensure high-quality code through best practices in software development, including unit testing, code reviews, and documentation.
• Mentor junior engineers and contribute to their professional growth.
• Stay updated with emerging technologies and industry trends to continuously improve our products.
