Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree.
• Three to five years of relevant work experience.
• Political issue or campaign organizing experience preferred.
• Experience attracting, developing, and engaging volunteers.
• Fundraising experience a plus.
• Familiarity with Salesforce and similar tools is a plus.
• Strong written, oral, interpersonal, computer, and social media skills.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement grassroots strategies and advocacy campaigns.
• Organize volunteers for federal activities and campaigns.
• Plan and manage lobby days or similar events.
• Maintain social media presence and communicate with volunteers.
• Attract, train, and develop volunteers.
• Drive volunteer fundraising and engage volunteers in fundraising events.
• Ensure compliance with legal and IRS requirements.
