Requirements:

• 3+ years of experience as an IT procurement specialist or in a similar position.
• Strong experience with IT asset management, including inventory.
• Strong understanding of modern hardware, software, and services market.
• Excellent knowledge of software and service licensing.
• Experience with stakeholder, supplier, and vendor management.
• Knowledge of best practices in procurement.
• Supervisory and team management experience is a plus.

Responsibilities:

• Procurement overseeing, optimization, and management.
• Stakeholder, supplier, and vendor management.
• Compliance management including software and services.
• Global-wide IT asset management and logistics, primarily in EMEA and US regions.
• Purchase, tracking, and inventory of hardware, licenses, and services.
• Cost optimization activities related to assets.
• Research solutions and suppliers according to business requirements.
• Maintenance, repair, upgrade, and retirement of hardware.
• Development and update of documentation.
