Requirements:

• 7+ years of experience in Project Management, Data Analytics, or Financial experience including underwriting and forecasting.
• 3+ years of leadership experience, managing a team.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
• 3+ years of experience with IT and Scrum methodology.
• Strong communication skills.
• Experience in the PBM/healthcare industry.
• Analytical experience, including Excel and Tableau.
• Collaboration skills and results-oriented mindset.

Responsibilities:

• Own the data forecasting and rebate application product roadmap.
• Manage real-time backlog, prioritize items to achieve Objectives and Key Results (OKRs).
• Define product requirements and create user story acceptance criteria.
• Optimize resource management to complete projects.
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders regarding trade-offs.
• Partner with technology teams to create necessary technical features.
• Build a culture of accountability and empower the product team.
• Manage dependencies with other teams and develop controls for efficiency.
