Requirements:

• Highly resourceful with proven results in a team or independently.
• 4+ years of work experience in research and trading of digital assets.
• Knowledgeable in bank, custodian, exchange, and OTC landscapes.
• Foundational understanding of Bitcoin and blockchain concepts.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Deep understanding of fundamental and technical analysis.
• College degree in relevant fields (Computer Science, Data Science, etc.).
• Strong skills in Python, SQL, Excel, and Tableau.
• Deep domain expertise in Bitcoin and blockchain.
• Prior experience developing institutional trading relationships.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct in-depth analysis of Bitcoin and related markets.
• Develop and execute various trading strategies.
• Backtest and refine trading strategies using historical data.
• Communicate with exchanges, custodians, and other entities on rates.
• Monitor market trends for opportunities.
• Execute trades efficiently across exchanges to maximize returns.
• Manage order flows for accuracy and timeliness.
• Utilize advanced trading tools for optimization.
• Maintain trading infrastructure and evaluate new tools.
• Rebalance positions aligning with investment mandates.
• Provide real-time portfolio insights.
