Requirements:

• Experience in programmatic development of Salesforce applications using Apex.
• Background working in a highly customized Salesforce environment across various clouds (Service, Experience, etc.).
• Proficient with Lightning (Aura and LWC), Visualforce, REST and SOAP APIs.
• Prior non-Salesforce ecosystem development experience is a plus.
• Preferred architect-level experience.
• Well-versed in DevOps practices and tools, including CI/CD pipelines.
• Strongly preferred certifications: Salesforce Certified Platform Developer I & II, Salesforce Certified Application Architect, Salesforce Certified Platform App Builder.

Responsibilities:

• Develop innovative tools on the Salesforce platform for labor resource management and HR.
• Create custom interfaces and workflows to enhance user experience.
• Train junior developers and support their growth.
• Translate business processes into Salesforce implementations using Flows, Apex, LWC, and APIs.
• Manage issues through resolution, ensuring communication with stakeholders.
• Work closely with internal teams on technical challenges.
• Analyze business and technical requirements to guide solution design.
• Enhance architecture for performance optimization.
• Complete Salesforce development deliverables while managing multiple initiatives.
• Establish best practices for code reviews and documentation.
• Perform testing of Salesforce code and integrations.
