• 5+ years of Data Analysis or equivalent roles.
• Proven ability to develop strategic relationships with leaders.
• Strong root cause analysis skills with large data sets.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Independently sets priorities and objectives.
• Skilled in achieving desired results and meeting deadlines.
• Maintains highly confidential information.
• Detail-oriented, highly organized, and manages multiple priorities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Executive Acumen in complex business situations.

Responsibilities:

• Provides analytics to support profitable growth.
• Evaluates data to identify improvement opportunities and supports sales growth.
• Presents analyses to introduce new solutions.
• Creates and implements project plans for strategic initiatives.
• Develops monthly scoreboards to track results.
• Partners with Strategic Account Managers on customer initiatives.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
