Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree and three to five years of relevant work experience.
• Political issue or campaign organizing experience preferred.
• Experience in attracting, developing, and engaging volunteers.
• Fundraising experience is a plus.
• Familiarity with Salesforce, Every Action, or similar tools is advantageous.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement grassroots strategies and campaigns for cancer-related policy initiatives.
• Organize and support volunteer activities, including training and ongoing engagement.
• Plan lobby days and community events to drive policy support.
• Communicate effectively with volunteers and maintain organizational web and social media presence.
• Strengthen relationships with local elected officials and stakeholders.
