Requirements:

• Solid graphic, brand, and motion design skills.
• 5+ years of experience as a visual, brand, or motion designer.
• Ability to produce high-quality creative graphics, brands, motion graphics, and videos.
• Keen eye for detail and strong understanding of visual design and storytelling principles.
• Self-directed, solution-oriented, and able to work autonomously.
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and presentation skills.
• Experience in digital and print design best practices.
• Proficiency in industry-standard design tools like Figma and Adobe Suite.
• Experience working in a fast-paced startup environment.
• Fluent English.
• Solid design portfolio of recent and relevant work.

Responsibilities:

• Leading the creation of graphics, illustrations, business templates, motion graphics, and video production.
• Elevating visual identity quality and consistency across internal, social, and digital channels.
• Developing and maintaining brand guidelines.
• Collaborating closely with the Head of Design and marketing team to create visuals for Web 3.0 users.
