Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree and three to five years of relevant work experience.
• Political issue or campaign organizing experience strongly preferred.
• Experience in attracting, developing, and engaging volunteers is preferred.
• Fundraising experience is a plus.
• Experience with Salesforce, Every Action, or similar tools is a plus.
• Strong written, oral, and interpersonal skills required.
• Highly organized with time management skills.
• Ability to work independently and in team settings.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement comprehensive local and state grassroots strategies.
• Organize volunteers for federal activities and support fundraising.
• Communicate with tailored messages to engage constituents.
• Plan and manage lobby days and advocacy events.
• Maintain ACS CAN's web and social media presence.
• Coordinate campaign activities with grassroots partners.
• Establish collaborations with organizations.
• Attract and train volunteers, maintaining relationships with elected officials.
