Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree is required.
• Three to five years of relevant work experience.
• Political issue or campaign organizing experience is strongly preferred.
• Experience in volunteer management and fundraising is a plus.
• Proficiency in Salesforce or similar tools is advantageous.
• Strong written, oral, interpersonal, and social media skills.
• High organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects.

Responsibilities:

• Plan and execute comprehensive grassroots advocacy programs.
• Develop and implement grassroots strategies and campaigns.
• Engage and manage volunteers.
• Support fundraising initiatives and ensure financial goals are met.
• Conduct volunteer training and maintain communication with stakeholders.
• Coordinate with grassroots coalition partners and represent ACS CAN.
