Responsibilities:

• Launch and describe the hiring process.
• Independently manage vacancies and collaborate with agencies.
• Build HR processes such as onboarding and offboarding.
• Work with existing employees on performance assessments and motivation.
• Collaborate with the CEO on payroll and employee record management.
• Define HR policies and integrate them into the team.
• Administer the HRM system and oversee the administration of employees.
• Participate in developing the bonus system and salary reviews.
• Organize systematic work with freelancers.
• Assist in PR development and building candidate experience.
• Attend and prepare for international conferences.
