5+ years of experience in a modern javascript environment and production-grade web applications in python, experience with data-driven product development, focus on quantitative outcomes, desire to hold yourself and the team to high standards, interest in tackling a wide range of problems, self-motivation with strong organizational skills, positive and solution-oriented mindset, thrive in a fully remote organization, clear and effective communication, compassion and open-mindedness, professional working experience on a growth team is a plus, strong understanding of product-led growth foundations is a plus, experience working in a rapidly scaling organization is a plus
Responsibilities:
