Junior Search Engine Optimization (SEO) Specialist

Requirements:

• Hands-on experience with SEO either at an agency or on the client side
• Experience working with SEO tools
• Basic knowledge of SEO best practices (keyword research, on-page optimisation, link building, website architecture)
• Overall understanding of marketing mix, user journey, content marketing
• Ability to make decisions based on data
• Excellent command of Lithuanian and English languages, writing, and presentation skills
• Proactive approach to solving project-related issues
• Well organized, trustworthy, and capable of driving change
• Ability to adapt to changing priorities in dynamic environments
• Goal-oriented and proactive team player, self-motivated and self-directed
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Responsibilities:

• Implementing SEO strategies & action plans (hands-on, cross-team, outsource)
• Auditing client websites & conducting various SEO research
• Tracking, analyzing, and reporting results to clients and internal teams
• Keeping up-to-date with the latest trends and changes in SEO algorithms and practices
