Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- Certified Public Accountant (CPA) highly preferred.
- 4+ years of experience in tax, focusing on technology and professional services-related industries.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, conveying complex tax concepts.
- Proficient in using tax software and Microsoft Office applications.
Responsibilities
- Communicate with clients and seek to build valued relationships with a focus on how to serve them better.
- Ensure accurate and timely preparation, review, and filing of tax returns related to technology and professional services clients.
- Stay updated on tax laws and regulations related to the technology and professional services industries.
- Research to analyze and interpret tax implications for clients while identifying potential tax risks and developing strategies to mitigate them.
- Monitor engagement economics throughout the client engagement and provide regular status updates.
- Supervise and mentor Staff/Semi/Seniors, providing guidance on technical issues and professional development.
