Requirements:

• 4+ years of experience in the Scrum Master role preferably in SaaS.
• CSM certification is a must.
• Experience in managing 2-3 scrums in parallel.
• Proven track record of completing multiple software development projects as a Scrum Master.
• Ability to manage multiple teams and prioritize workload.
• Experience in cross-functional and fast-paced environments.
• Risk management experience.
• Analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Relationship-building and people management skills.
• Excellent command of the English language.

Responsibilities:

• Leading, training, and coaching team members in Scrum principles, self-management, and cross-functionality.
• Helping the Scrum Team focus on creating high-value increments that meet the Definition of Done.
• Identifying and managing risks, removing impediments to progress.
• Ensuring productive and timeboxed Scrum events.
• Supporting the Product Owner with backlog management.
• Facilitating stakeholder collaboration.
• Reporting on project health and progress.
• Capturing lessons learned and driving continual improvement.
