Requirements:
  • A Bachelor's degree in Business or Marketing is preferred.
  • Demonstrated background in sales of micro-electronic products or related industry.
  • Must be technically savvy and able to learn complex products quickly.
  • Exceptional communication skills (verbal, listening, presenting, and written) required.
  • Ability to build and maintain positive relationships with customers, management, and colleagues.
  • Dynamic problem-solving approach in a fast-paced environment.
  • Industry affiliations and/or certifications are a plus.
  • Must be able to travel at least 50-70%.
Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with colleagues from Training, Inside Sales and Presales to provide sales support for customers.
  • Strengthen and enhance specified National and Regional Distributor relationships at district level.
  • Grow purchase volumes with existing assigned dealers and identify partners for market coverage.
  • Collaborate with Sales District Manager and Regional Sales Director on strategy and development.
  • Leverage Business Development, Product Support and Marketing teams to develop new sales channels.
  • Support business development efforts at A&E, end-user, distributor, and dealer levels.
  • Provide prompt responses to customer issues.
  • Promote Bosch products through events and training programs.
  • Provide sales opportunity, pipeline, and customer information through CRM.
