Lead Appian Associate (FMS)

Requirements:

• 2 to 4 years leading Appian software development teams.
• Previous experience with database and system integration.
• 5 to 8 years working on software development engagements, preferably in Appian.
• Experience in an Agile environment.
• Bachelor’s degree in a technical field such as software engineering, engineering, or computer science.

Responsibilities:

• Work closely with clients, product owners, and stakeholders to design and implement software solutions that best meet business needs.
• Plan, lead, and manage resources on complex Appian software development projects.
• Mentor and develop Junior and Mid-Level Appian Developers while maintaining technical knowledge.
