Requirements:

• A Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Engineering or Construction Management or related field preferred.
• 7+ years of relevant experience related to project or construction management.
• Preferred experience in retail banking construction project management.
• Strong knowledge of architectural drawings and furniture and space planning concepts.
• Experience with project scope development, budgeting, scheduling, risk management, and contract negotiations.
• Effective relationship-building and communication skills.

• Executing complex project goals effectively.
