• Strong writing, editing, and communication skills.
• Experience in community management.

• Understanding of analytics tools (e.g., Instagram Insights, Meta Insights).
• Proficiency in Google Suite (Docs, Sheets, Slides) for organization.
• Knowledge of social media trends, algorithms, and best practices.
• Experience with social media tools such as Later is a plus.
• Creative, detail-oriented, and able to multitask.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
• Portfolio of best performing short-form videos is required.

Responsibilities:

• Assist in repurposing, editing, and scheduling social media posts, ensuring timely publication.
• Write engaging captions and short-form content for social media platforms.
• Monitor and engage with the community across social media channels.
• Assist with tracking metrics and compiling reports on social media campaign performance.
• Stay updated with social media trends and tools, suggesting innovative ideas.
• Collaborate with the marketing team for consistent branding and messaging.
• Perform other marketing tasks as needed.
