Requirements:

• Proven experience with TikTok, Instagram, and Pinterest.
• Basic skills in graphic design and short-form video editing (Canva, Capcut, etc.).
• Strong writing, editing, and communication skills.
• Experience in community management.
• Experience with multiple brands is a plus.
• Understanding of analytics tools (e.g., Instagram Insights, Meta Insights, TikTok Business Suite).
• Proficiency in Google Suite (Docs, Sheets, Slides) for organization.
• Knowledge of social media trends, algorithms, and best practices.
• Experience with social media tools like Later is a plus.
• Creative, detail-oriented, able to multitask, and manage time effectively.

Responsibilities:

• Assist in repurposing, editing, and scheduling social media posts for TikTok and Instagram per the social media calendar.
• Write engaging and brand-aligned captions and content for social media.
• Monitor and engage with the community across social channels, responding to comments and messages.
• Track and compile basic reports on social media campaign performance.
• Stay updated with social media trends to suggest innovative ideas.
• Collaborate with the marketing team for consistent branding.
• Assist with other marketing tasks as needed.
