Requirements:

Responsibilities:
  • Conduct thorough market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive positioning in key European markets.
  • Build a regional annual marketing plan with clear quarterly goals to translate strategic marketing objectives into tactical campaigns and projects targeting different funnel stages.
  • Envision and execute omnichannel campaigns, crafting compelling copy while collaborating with channel specialists to ensure alignment.
  • Create project proposals, detailed campaign briefs, and post-campaign evaluation reports to guide execution and facilitate ROI analysis.
  • Collaborate with sales and cross-functional stakeholders to build and execute an Account-Based Marketing (ABM) program.
  • Foster strong relationships with sales teams, integrating their feedback to ensure campaigns align with sales processes.
  • Create and optimize audience lists using database insights and effective segmentation techniques.
  • Coordinate direct mail campaigns for local holidays and maintain the regional event calendar.
