Requirements:
- Degree level educational qualifications in food or regulatory subject.
- In-depth regulatory and/or technical knowledge in relevant areas.
- Practical experience with specification or artwork packages.
- Minimum 2 years in a technical/regulatory role.
- Fluency in spoken and written English and other relevant languages.
- Experience in managing your own workload effectively.
- Strong oral and written communication skills.
- Ability to explain complex requirements simply.
- Experience in training, mentoring, and team development.
Responsibilities:
- Day to day management of one or more client accounts.
- Act as the first point of contact for clients, supporting the delivery of Ashbury services.
- Facilitate clear guidance to clients and manage expectations.
- Resolve issues with resourcing and workload.
- Lead Advisors and Senior Advisors within the Advisory Services Team.
- Monitor and raise performance concerns and training needs.
- Provide timely feedback for reports and maintain technical expertise.
