Requirements:
  • Degree level educational qualifications in food or regulatory subject.
  • In-depth regulatory and/or technical knowledge in relevant areas.
  • Practical experience with specification or artwork packages.
  • Minimum 2 years in a technical/regulatory role.
  • Fluency in spoken and written English and other relevant languages.
  • Experience in managing your own workload effectively.
  • Strong oral and written communication skills.
  • Ability to explain complex requirements simply.
  • Experience in training, mentoring, and team development.
Responsibilities:
  • Day to day management of one or more client accounts.
  • Act as the first point of contact for clients, supporting the delivery of Ashbury services.
  • Facilitate clear guidance to clients and manage expectations.
  • Resolve issues with resourcing and workload.
  • Lead Advisors and Senior Advisors within the Advisory Services Team.
  • Monitor and raise performance concerns and training needs.
  • Provide timely feedback for reports and maintain technical expertise.
