• Bilingual fluency in French and proficiency in English for effective communication.
• Experience in product design specifically for mobile applications in a B2B context.
• Strong problem-solving skills leveraging data and insights.
• Ability to foster an inclusive and collaborative design team culture.
• Comfortable communicating design concepts to senior stakeholders.
• Collaborative mindset with a history of working closely with Designers, Engineers, and Product Managers.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct user research through interviews, surveys, and usability testing to gain insights into user behaviors and needs.
• Create wireframes and prototypes using tools like Sketch, Figma, or Adobe XD to visually communicate user flows and interaction patterns.
• Design intuitive and visually appealing mobile interfaces to enhance usability and user experience.
• Collaborate closely with developers and Product Managers to understand technical constraints and iterate on designs.
• Participate in design reviews and provide constructive feedback within the Product Design team.
• Plan and execute usability tests to validate design decisions.
• Build and maintain components for the Mobile Design System.
