• Proven experience in servicing and maintaining fire alarm, CCTV, access control, and intruder alarm systems.
• Sound knowledge of industry standards and regulations.
• Strong problem-solving and fault-finding skills.
• Full, clean UK driving license.
• Excellent customer service skills and ability to build strong client relationships.
• Willingness to travel and work on-call or overtime as required.

Responsibilities:

• Performing preventive maintenance and routine servicing of fire and security systems.
• Identifying and resolving system faults and malfunctions.
• Conducting system testing and issuing detailed service reports.
• Assisting with system upgrades and small modifications as required.
• Providing excellent customer service and technical support.
• Working independently and as part of a team when required.
