Requirements:

• Knowledgeable and passionate about software development.
• Experience in leading, managing, coaching, and mentoring software developers.
• Comfortable planning and executing to deliver high-quality software.
• Solid experience working in an agile development environment.
• Bachelor's or equivalent in Computer Science, STEM, or similar field.
• Experience with embedded software.
• Proficiency in Golang, C/C++, and Shell.
• Solid understanding of Linux and modern GNU/Linux distributions like Debian or Ubuntu.

• Support timely delivery of technical solutions to address business needs.

• Grow a collaborative engineering culture aligned with company values.
• Participate actively in the leadership team and collaborate with other leaders.
• Work from home with global travel twice a year for company events.
