Requirements:
- Minimum of 3+ years of experience in closing enterprise software sales.
- Ability to manage sales cycles within complex organizations.
- Outstanding communication (written and oral), negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Proven track record in Enterprise software sales and nurturing business relationships.
- Experience in expanding revenue in large strategic accounts.
- Strong organizational skills and sense of urgency.
- Ability to collaborate across internal resources.
- Familiarity with consultative selling methodologies like Challenger Sales or MEDDIC.
- APM experience is a plus but not necessary.
Responsibilities:
- Execute on account plans to deliver maximum revenue potential within 2-3 Enterprise named accounts and 2-3 prospects.
- Work with existing customers to retain and expand Dynatrace usage while driving new logo acquisition.
- Consult with VP- and C-level executives to develop effective enterprise-wide strategies.
- Generate market presence through product demonstrations and account-specific initiatives.
- Develop a contact network within named accounts and channel partners.
- Collaborate with Dynatrace functional areas to execute solution strategies.
- Ensure successful customer implementations.
