Requirements:

• At least 4 years of relevant industry experience.
• Undergraduate degree in a STEM program.
• Strong skills with Python and SQL.
• Extensive background in statistical analysis, machine learning, and data mining.
• Excellent applied statistics skills like hypothesis testing and experimental design.
• Experience with big data and model optimization.
• Ability to explain findings in layman’s terms, both verbally and visually.

Responsibilities:

• Optimize business processes and improve operational efficiency by identifying opportunities for automation.
• Create and analyze A/B tests to help engineering and product teams make decisions.
• Design and develop algorithms for core business functions, including regressions and real-time bidding.
• Challenge existing product features and build data-backed business cases.
• Work with engineering teams to enhance data collection strategy and processes.
