Requirements:
- Knowledge in supporting customers in test phases.
- Experience administering or using Microsoft IIS.
- Working knowledge of database technologies, particularly Microsoft SQL Server and SQL.
- Ability to diagnose application issues and work with IT hardware and software.
- Proven customer focus and strong communication skills.
- Demonstrated ability to learn technical information rapidly.
Responsibilities:
- Support customers during online test sessions and offline ticket support.
- Coordinate with support and development teams to resolve application and system issues.
- Maintain application process expertise and resolve application issues.
- Provide updates and perform root cause analysis on application issues.
- Organize projects and assist with processes under Software Engineers' guidance.
- Debug issues on server domain and coordinate with UAT department for releases.
- Document issues and recommend performance optimization solutions.
