Bachelor's Degree or a Paralegal Certificate.
Minimum of five years of Intellectual Property Paralegal experience, with significant experience in trademark matters.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Ability to function well in a fast-paced and high-volume environment.
Working knowledge of USPTO rules and electronic filing systems.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
Ability to work independently and take initiative to move projects to conclusion.

Assist attorneys in all aspects of trademark registration, maintenance, renewals, and administrative proceedings in the USPTO and other countries.
Obtain information from clients relevant to trademark matters and conduct trademark clearance searches.
Review office actions, summarize issues for attorneys, and draft correspondences to clients about trademark matters.
Prepare and file trademark prosecution forms, ensuring timely compliance to all official deadlines.
Assist in intellectual property enforcement matters, preparing and filing various pleadings and motions.
Review and coordinate attorneys' billings.
Perform administrative support functions such as preparing agendas and reports for client meetings.
