Senior IT Systems Administrator

Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience as a System Administrator or similar role.
• Hands-on experience with MDM solutions for Windows and macOS.
• Proficient in IAM tools like Okta and Google Workspace.
• Ability to automate tasks using infrastructure as code and Google Workspace Workflows.
• Knowledge of federation protocols such as SAML, OAuth, and OpenID Connect.
• Understanding of network infrastructure fundamentals: TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VLANs.
• Experience with DLP and context aware access.
• Scripting experience with Python, PowerShell, Terraform is a bonus.
• Excellent communication, analytical, and troubleshooting skills.
• Knowledge of HIPAA and GCP regulations is preferred.
• Experience in a start-up environment.

Responsibilities:

• Design and implement Identity Management architecture solutions.
• Manage SAML and OAuth integrations for single sign-on capabilities.
• Perform routine audits and maintain the company’s IT infrastructure.
• Oversee IT onboarding and offboarding processes.
• Manage company devices and ensure proper user access.
• Work with compliance and security teams to ensure data security.
• Provide technical support and continuously improve IT tools.
