Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in a business-related field.
• 3+ years of business experience in Investment Banking, Corporate Finance, or Consulting.
• Experience in fast-growing tech companies preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to meet tight deadlines with attention to detail.
• Proactive self-starter; effectively prioritize and manage responsibilities.

Responsibilities:

• Support pricing team inbound requests and conduct ad hoc analysis.
• Assist with total member and revenue reporting and forecasting.
• Prepare Budget vs Actual reports, analyze vendor level spend, and conduct monthly headcount reconciliation for Sales and Marketing.
• Support month-end close cadence and packages.
• Demonstrate strategic, analytical, interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills.
• Acquire understanding of strategies within the US healthcare system.
