Requirements:
  • 5-10 years of experience as a project or project manager in IT or software projects.
  • Ideally experience within a global SaaS vendor.
  • 5+ years of experience in the area of governance, risk and compliance (GRC).
  • 3+ years of experience as a team lead.
  • Outstanding communication skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
  • Proactive, open-minded, and seeks improvement and creative solutions.
  • Interest in technology, security, and privacy.
  • Fluent English skills.
Responsibilities:
  • Lead and build a team that manages certifications, customer audits, and controls.
  • Drive governance, risk and compliance within the R&D department and across the organization.
  • Manage project activities for gap analysis, customer audits, and certifications.
  • Utilize project management tools for tracking and reporting progress, identifying areas for improvement.
  • Improve and document workflows and processes for the certification and audit team.
  • Plan and conduct meetings and interviews with internal and external auditors.
  • Ensure timely delivery on action items and deliverables for certifications and audits.
  • Act as the main contact for internal and external auditors and relevant stakeholders.
