Requirements:

• Knowledge of manufacturing processes.
• Familiarity with machining and assembly of internal combustion engine (ICE) components.
• Understanding of machining and assembly processes for battery trays.
• Experience in preparing RFQs and analyzing proposals.
• Skills in drafting purchase order requisitions.
• Knowledge of acceptance procedures (PSO/PPAP).
• Ability to diagnose and debug processes.
• Proficiency in project management software and technical documentation.
• Knowledge of safety regulations and standards in manufacturing.
• Experience in data analysis and generating technical reports.

Responsibilities:

• Identify and select suppliers for bidding processes.
• Prepare RFQ packages and send them to the purchasing department.
• Elaborate technical evaluations of the received proposals.
• Draft purchase order requisitions and follow up until released.
• Coordinate the unloading and placement of equipment according to plant design.
• Execute equipment commissioning procedures.
• Assist and verify suppliers in the debugging of all processes.
• Document the debugging process.
• Define acceptance procedures with the plant team (PSO/PPAP).
• Verify and assist suppliers in acceptance procedures.
• Document the acceptance process and obtain necessary signatures.
• Prepare and present weekly reports for each program.
