UI / UX Designer (Remote)

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a UI / UX Designer, with a strong portfolio demonstrating design expertise.
• Proficiency in tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe Creative Suite, or other design software.
• Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and usability testing methods.
• Ability to clearly communicate design ideas and concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Familiarity with front-end development (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) is a plus.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field is preferred.

Responsibilities:

• Understand user needs through research and analytics to inform design decisions.
• Create wireframes, prototypes, and visual designs that reflect our brand and enhance functionality.
• Develop and maintain design systems and style guides to ensure consistency across platforms.
• Work closely with developers, product managers, and other stakeholders to bring designs to life.
• Conduct user testing sessions to gather feedback and improve designs based on user interactions.
• Stay updated with current industry trends and integrate best practices into your designs.
