Requirements:

• 4+ years of Machine Learning experience, preferably in start-ups or larger enterprises.
• 6+ months of experience with Large Language Models (LLMs) and Generative AI (GenAI) applications.
• Client delivery experience.
• Effective written and oral communication skills, with advanced English.
• Bachelor's degree in computer science, software engineering, or related field.
• Experience with cloud environments like AWS, Azure, or GCP.
• Proficiency in ML frameworks and libraries such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, Keras, and scikit-learn.
• Experience developing, deploying, and managing/monitoring ML models.
• Knowledge of containerization technologies and microservices architecture.
• Expertise in Object-Oriented Programming principles.
• Advanced experience in Natural Language Processing techniques.
• Strong proficiency in Python programming.
• Familiarity with prompt engineering approaches.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities:

• Contribute to building and enhancing Mechanized AI platform and AI-enabled products.
• Serve as Machine Learning Subject Matter Expert on client projects.
• Design machine learning systems.
• Research and implement appropriate ML algorithms and tools.
• Select suitable datasets and data representation methods.
• Run machine learning tests and experiments.
• Perform statistical analysis and fine-tuning based on test results.
• Train and retrain systems as necessary.
• Extend existing ML libraries and frameworks.
• Stay current with emerging technologies and ML best practices.
