Requirements:
  • 4+ years of experience as an IAM Security Engineer or related role.
  • Strong hands-on experience working with Okta.
  • Strong hands-on experience working with AWS IAM, demonstrating proficiency in designing, implementing, and managing IAM solutions within AWS.
  • Strong experience working with IaC tools like Terraform.
  • Strong experience in automation with scripting languages such as Bash, Python, or Perl.
  • Strong experience working with security frameworks, preferably focused on Cloud.
  • Strong knowledge of authentication and authorization protocols such as SAML, OAuth, OpenID Connect, LDAP.
  • Familiarity with security standards and compliance requirements such as GDPR, ISO27001, NIST.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex IAM issues.
  • Effective communication and collaboration skills, with experience working in cross-functional teams to implement IAM strategies and solutions.
  • Ability to work autonomously, taking initiative and ownership of projects with minimal supervision.
Responsibilities:
  • Design, implement, and manage IAM solutions to ensure secure and efficient access to technology resources.
  • Develop and enforce IAM policies and procedures to maintain compliance with security standards and regulations.
  • Perform regular audits and assessments of IAM systems to identify and address potential vulnerabilities and risks.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate IAM solutions with existing applications and infrastructure.
  • Automate and streamline IAM processes using scripting and programming languages to improve efficiency and reduce manual efforts.
  • Monitor and manage user access and privileges, ensuring appropriate access levels are maintained and unauthorized access is prevented.
