Requirements:

• Exceptional alignment with GiveDirectly's values.
• Demonstrate core competencies in emotional intelligence, problem solving, project management.
• At least 3 years of experience working with Salesforce.
• Proficiency in Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components, and Salesforce APIs.
• Experience querying relational databases using SQL, SOQL, or other query languages.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize effectively.
• Strong project management and risk management skills.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with leadership to shape a clear vision for the Fundraising CRM system.
• Develop new capabilities that enhance fundraising activities.
• Leverage Salesforce functionality for automation and data tracking.
• Ensure exceptional data quality and system performance.
• Establish a scalable security model and maintain large datasets.
• Administer the system for security, reliability, and user-friendliness.
• Collaborate on technical design with the engineering team.
• Partner with managers of other Salesforce instances.
• Conduct audits to ensure accurate records of donations.
• Troubleshoot and resolve Salesforce application issues.
• Contribute to internal documentation and best practices.
