Requirements:
  • Strong track record in influencer marketing within the United States, with a proven record of successful campaigns.
  • In-depth understanding of different social media platforms and influencer landscapes.
  • Expertise in social media platforms, including algorithms, analytics, and effective utilization across channels such as Instagram, TikTok, and e-commerce platforms.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with a commercial approach to driving sales and brand growth.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, fostering strong relationships with influencers and team members.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
  • More experienced candidates can be considered as Influencer Marketing Manager or Business Manager.
Responsibilities:
  • Build and nurture relationships with influencers and creators on Instagram and TikTok.
  • Develop and manage a network of micro/macro influencers and UGC creators to drive engagement for both paid and organic campaigns.
  • Create scalable processes to efficiently expand influencer, ambassador, and affiliate programs.
  • Plan, execute, and track influencer marketing campaigns tailored to the US market, covering outreach, content approval, contract negotiation, and reporting.
  • Collaborate with influencers to produce creative, brand-aligned content that meets marketing and business goals.
  • Manage budgets to maximize ROI on influencer campaigns.
  • Establish a framework to measure and analyze campaign performance for continuous optimization.
  • Stay informed on trends and best practices in influencer marketing and social media.
