Requirements:

• 2-4 years of experience in IT support or administration.
• Hands-on experience with asset management and IT ticketing systems.
• Familiarity with endpoint management and identity management solutions.
• Proficient in Windows, macOS, and Linux; strong troubleshooting skills.
• Knowledge of security best practices, VPNs, and cloud infrastructure.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.

Responsibilities:

• Manage IT assets including hardware and software across the organization.
• Oversee user accounts and authentication protocols for internal systems.
• Assist with security mechanisms and collaborate with Security and Engineering teams.
• Provide technical support to Engineering by maintaining and troubleshooting tools.
• Act as first point of contact for IT support inquiries and monitor system performance.
• Create documentation and training resources for staff.
