Requirements:

5+ years of professional experience in Java/React full-stack development, ideally with some exposure to the fintech industry.
Advanced written and spoken English (B2-C1/C2) is a must.
Strong proficiency in Java with experience using Spring Boot and Hibernate.
Proven experience building modern front-end applications with React.js.
Experience with SQL databases and understanding RESTful API principles.
Python experience focused on predictive analytics (e.g., Pandas, NumPy, Scikit-Learn, Matplotlib).
Familiarity with machine learning concepts and libraries (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch) or experience integrating AI capabilities.

Responsibilities:

Take ownership of feature development across the entire stack using Java, Spring Boot, Hibernate, React, and Python (Machine learning).
Partner with a small, highly skilled team of offshore developers, providing guidance and ensuring top-notch code quality.
Tackle technical challenges head-on and find innovative solutions.
Clearly communicate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical team members.
