Requirements:

• 5+ years leading complex, cross-functional products 0-1 in a fast-paced environment.
• Core competency in engaging directly with current and prospective customers.
• Demonstrated success partnering with high-functioning engineering and design teams.
• Experience aligning product vision with company strategy to drive measurable business outcomes.
• A history building and scaling products or businesses as a founder or entrepreneur is valued.
• Experience working on both B2B SaaS and direct-to-consumer products is valued.

Responsibilities:

• Lead the discovery phase of Clarity’s new product, becoming an expert on customer needs, competitive landscape, and problem space.
• Build relationships with customers and conduct conversations to gather insights and validate assumptions.
• Align the product vision with Clarity’s broader strategy and long-term goals.
• Own key business outcomes, including revenue growth and customer satisfaction.
• Partner with other Product Leads for cohesive decision-making and user experience.
• Serve as the central hub for product information, facilitating collaboration across teams.
• Work closely with engineering to validate projects and ensure outcomes align with the product vision.
• Write specifications and partner with design for new features.
• Advocate for product principles and design guidelines.
• Collaborate with go-to-market teams to align product strategy with business objectives.
