Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree.
• Eight or more years of professional experience, including five years of child development experience outside of the classroom.
• Demonstrated success in connecting instructional pedagogies with current research in child development.
• Experience researching, creating, and writing curriculum for publication or commercial use.
• Excellent written and visual communication skills optimized for accessibility and inclusion.
• Experience building relationships across differences and applying an equity lens in facilitator design.

Responsibilities:

• Lead the curriculum strategy for a new initiative focused on children in their first three years of life and their caregivers.
• Develop comprehensive curriculum including guiding principles, activities, and content based on research.
• Collect and analyze research to inform curricular content for families.
• Work with product managers, designers, and engineers to develop instructional approaches.
• Gather feedback and analyze curricular content efficacy to enhance impact.
